VALUEs
SIMPLY STATED, ERIKA RACHEL'S VALUES AND BUSINESS PRACTICES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Art is for Everyone
There are no qualifications or requirements necessary to know what kind of art you like. Whether you have an art degree or a GED, is not important. Neither is where you grew up, live currently, or how much money you make.
Fair Pricing
I will never abandon my principals of fair pricing even if someone has a larger budget or “can afford it”. I refuse to treat people differently on the basis of their income. What you choose to spend is your choice and I appreciate you spending your hard earned dollars on my work.
Make it Affordable
If you fall in love with a painting, I want you to own it! If a piece feels too expensive don’t be shy about asking to explore the options. No one should over-extend themselves to purchase my work and I want good karma surrounding every transaction. There are many pathways to owning the art you love, like Lay-a-way, installments, and payment plans.
Good Working Relationships
I want to be sure every sale, partnership or deal makes the world a better, happier place. This means working with people who care about the greater good and have other people's interests in mind, not just their own. I want my Art to live in the homes of those who see the bigger picture- everyone's health, happiness, and peace (including Mother Earth).
Be of Service
This means I will do everything I can, to the best of my abilities, to assure my clients and potential clients are being served with all the information and assistance they need for a smooth transaction and experience.
Go the Extra Mile
No two clients are the same. Some will need help in choosing their art, others need interior design input for custom pieces to come to life. I believe in the old business adage "Never let a customer leave with more or less than what they need." Translated to Art; I will employ every talent and skill I have to ensure the art is right for you, your budget, and your space.
